I met Eric from Terracotta a week ago at The Buzz Entrepreneur Mixer which was hosted by Reach Magazine. We exchanged business cards, well he gave me his, I didn’t have anything on me, so I gave him my Twitter handle ha.

That evening I was preaching about how everyone at this event should make friends and not business contacts.

Fast forward…. Eric and I started talking on Twitter and he invited @TheHautePursuit and I over for dinner at Terracotta. I love food. I couldn’t turn down the offer. Eric definitely knows how to take care of his guests and I was very appreciative of his generosity.

Here’s a picture of the food that we ate. By the way, I would be the worst food blogger because I would realize half way into the food, that I should have taken a picture when it first came out. hah oh well, needless to say the food was delicious.

We got to meet a couple Groupon people from Chicago and they kindly passed us the key to the head quarter. Cool little gift.

After dinner, the madness began and drinks were flying around. We also did a few shots with the infamous Amie Nguyen. She is smart and classy, I like.

Stumbled home and passed out with the lights on ahaha.. Nothing interesting to show or to tell.
